Friendly staff and very clean place. the rooms are spacious and have an amazing view. Paid £44, which was worth it. It’s conveniently located close to a restaurant, the river, and the town center.

I have just spent 1 day in family room with a good view, and enjoyed it. A hair dryer and bath robes were available there.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious, perfect for a comfortable stay. The facilities are in good condition, and the staff, especially those working in the roof bar and restaurant, were polite and professional. We enjoyed the karaoke nights and the casino, which were a lot of fun.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant decor of the hotel's common areas, with beautiful furniture and tasteful artwork. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and elevators available throughout the hotel, making it easy for us to navigate and enjoy our stay.

I would have appreciated a more attentive and helpful attitude from the children working there. A warmer and friendlier approach would have made our vacation even better.
